We want your purchase to be satisfactory. If for any reason you find out any defects when   you get the product on hand, we request you to inform us. We will refund you the purchasing amount after the checking process. In case of cash on delivery, if you find out any defect you can inform us for an exchange or you can ask for the cancelation of the order. Remember, you must have to check  the product when you get the product on hand and we will  only accept the returned product when it's in the orginal condition with all tags attached. We retain the right to refuse the return if it doesn't meet our criteria.
